Access comes from your gym
The Enray app is provided to you by a gym that subscribes to Enray. You cannot sign up in the app; your gym issues your login and can withdraw it. If you stop being a member of that gym, your access ends.
Your login
Keep it to yourself, with one exception: a household login is meant to be shared by the people on it, and everyone using it can see the training of every profile on that login. Tell your gym promptly if you think someone else has your password.
Training content is your gym’s
Programmes, workouts, videos and guides in the app belong to your gym or its licensors. They are for your own use. Do not redistribute or republish them.
This is not medical advice
Enray is software for delivering the training your gym programmes. Nothing in the app is medical advice, and Enray does not supervise your training. Talk to a doctor before starting a new programme, and stop if something hurts. Your gym and its coaches are responsible for the programming they give you.
Fair use
Do not attempt to access other members’ or other gyms’ data, disrupt the service, or use it to break the law. Community posts should be civil; your gym moderates its own community and can remove posts or access.
Availability
We work to keep Enray running, but it is provided as-is and may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
Payments
Membership fees are between you and your gym. Enray does not take payment from members; the app only shows what your gym has recorded.
Ending your access
You can delete your account at any time from You → About → Delete my account. See the privacy policy for exactly what that removes and what your gym keeps.
