Who this covers

Enray provides gym management software. Your gym subscribes to Enray and runs its business on it; you use the Enray app because your gym gave you access.

Your gym decides what member information it holds and why — it is the controller of that information. Enray stores and processes it on the gym’s behalf. For questions about your membership record, ask your gym first; they can change or remove it.

What we hold

Only what the product needs to work:

  • Your details — name, email address, phone number, and a photo if your gym took one. Entered by your gym, not by you.
  • Your sign-in — the email and password used for the app. Passwords are stored only as a bcrypt hash; nobody at Enray or your gym can read yours back.
  • Your training — the programme your coach assigned, which sessions you completed or skipped, and when.
  • What you log — habits you tick, body measurements such as weight, and tasks you complete.
  • Your messages— the thread between you and your coach, and anything you post in your gym’s community area.
  • Membership and payments — your plan, its dates, and what your gym recorded as paid.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your information, and we never have.
  • We do not use it to advertise to you, in the app or anywhere else.
  • We do not track you across other apps or websites.
  • The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDK. It talks to Enray’s own servers and nothing else.

Who can see it

Staff at yourgym — owners, admins, and the coach assigned to you. A gym can only ever see its own members; the software separates one gym’s data from another’s on every request.

If your household shares one login, everyone using it can switch between the profiles on that login and see those profiles’ training.

Enray staff access customer data only to operate or fix the service, and only when there is a reason to.

Deleting your account

In the app, open You → About → Delete my account. You will be asked to confirm. Deletion is immediate.

This removes:

  • your app sign-in, so the app can no longer be used;
  • your messages with your coach;
  • your body measurements and habit history;
  • anything you posted in the community area;
  • your photo.

Your gym keeps its own record of you — your membership, payments, attendance, and the sessions your coach programmed. That is the gym’s business and accounting record, and it is kept for as long as the gym needs it, including to meet tax and accounting obligations. Deleting your app account does not cancel your membership. To have the gym’s record removed as well, ask your gym.

Deletion cannot be undone from the app. If you want access again, your gym can issue a new sign-in.

How long it is kept

App data stays until you delete your account or your gym removes you. Business records are kept by your gym for as long as it needs them. When a gym stops using Enray, its data is removed after the account is closed.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Start with your gym, since they hold the membership record. If they cannot help, write to us and we will.

Security

Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, never stored as text. Access to production systems is limited to the people who run the service.

Children

Enray is for gyms and their adult members. If a gym enrols someone under 16, it is the gym’s responsibility to have the consent that requires.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell gyms directly.
