Delete your Enray account

You can delete your Enray app account at any time. There are two ways.

1. In the app (immediate)

Open the Enray app, go to You → About → Delete my account, and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

2. From this page

If you no longer have the app, send the email address you sign in with. Your gym is told, and your account is deleted within 30 days. We email you when it's done.

What is deleted

• Your app login
• Your messages with your coach
• Your progress photos, including the stored image files, and your profile photo
• Your weight and other body measurements, water intake and habit history
• Anything you posted in your gym's community forum

What your gym keeps

Your gym keeps its own membership record (your name, email and join date) and your payment history. They need these for their business, tax and accounting records. To have those removed too, contact your gym directly.
